Please read these payment terms carefully before using Our Service.

Overview

At WebMastry, our goal is to bring your ideas to life through professionally developed Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). The following payment terms provide a general outline of our processes and expectations. Please note: All projects are governed by e-signed contracts or agreements between WebMastry and our clients. These contracts take precedence over this policy.

Payment Schedule

- Initial Deposit: An initial deposit of 30% to 50% of the total project cost is required to begin work. This deposit secures your project’s place in our development queue and allows us to allocate resources for initial planning and development.
- Milestone Payments: Payments are required at key project milestones, which will be defined in your contract. These typically occur after specific phases such as design, development, and testing. Milestone payments will be determined by the scope outlined in the agreement.
- Final Payment: Upon project completion, the remaining 20% to 30% of the total project cost is due before final delivery of the MVP. This ensures that all deliverables meet your expectations and satisfaction.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card
- PayPal
- Other electronic payment methods upon request

Invoice and Payment Process

- Invoicing: Invoices are issued at the start of each payment phase and must be settled within the timeline specified in the contract.
- Late Payments: There is no set late payment fee. The handling of overdue payments depends on the terms of your agreement. Written permission may be required for delayed payments, and terms will vary per project.

Scope of Work and Extensions

The agreed-upon project scope will be detailed in the contract. Any additional work outside the original scope is considered a "scope extension" and may be subject to extra charges. Scope extensions will be handled as needed and billed accordingly.

Refunds and Cancellations

- Refunds: Refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in the project contract. Please refer to your agreement for detailed information on refund eligibility.
- Cancellations: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation point will be invoiced based on the scope and contract terms.

Governing Contracts

While this policy outlines our standard operating procedure, the e-signed contract specific to your project will always overrule these terms. For clarification on any details, please refer to the signed contract.
