- Incomplete Milestones: Partial refunds are available for work that has not been completed, based on the milestone structure agreed upon at the start of the project.
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed Milestones: Once a milestone is completed and approved, no refund will be issued for that portion of the project.
- Consulting Services: Once advisory services are delivered, these are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Services: Refunds for any third-party services, tools, or licenses acquired on your behalf are non-refundable once purchased or integrated.
There is no physical return of services, but we will consider refunds based on the completion status and client satisfaction.
In cases of failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to errors on our part, we will either resolve the issue at no additional cost or offer a full or partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed.
